Purpose
This portal registers and tracks after-sales service complaints. These Terms do not replace the applicable invoice, warranty, manufacturer terms or service arrangement.
Responsibilities and service
Provide accurate information, protect the complaint number and upload only lawful material needed for the complaint. False complaints, impersonation, security bypass and malicious uploads are prohibited. Submission does not prove a defect, extend a warranty, guarantee replacement, a particular engineer or completion time. Messages are transactional, not marketing consent.
Privacy and consumer rights
Data is handled under the Customer Privacy Notice. Nothing here excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian consumer or other law. A customer may approach a competent consumer commission, court or regulator.
